Delicious Non-Alcoholic Options To Try This Dry January

In a city known for its vibrant beer and liquor scene, it’s fun to see a new refreshing trend emerging. We’ll always love our fabulous breweries and top-notch distilleries, but this January, the city's top eateries and bars are showcasing their creativity with an array of zero-proof cocktails and N.A. beer options.

Whether you're participating in Dry January, committing to a sober lifestyle, or simply looking to explore new flavors, these innovative concoctions promise to delight your palate without the alcohol content.

Here's a roundup of what's stirring in St. Louis.

Brasserie by Niche

Chef Gerard Craft’s beloved French-inspired concept is offering an array of bistro fare for dinner and Sunday brunch, including a curated selection of non-alcoholic options. Director of Beverage & Bar Operations, Melinda Cooper, has crafted favorites like the Pamplemule, Sour Cherry Mule, and the Nospresso Martini, all offering a symphony of flavors sans alcohol.

Angad Arts Hotel

Enjoy artistic mocktails in the sky perched in the Grand Center Arts District at the Angad Arts Hotel. With drinks like the Polar Paloma and Blue Christmas, ART Bar is a great stop for NA options. The hotel restaurant, Commonwealth, also joins in with its own lineup of NA beverages including the Non-Cosmo and Orange Mule.

NEON banana

St. Louis’ newest juice, smoothie and health-food cafe is NEONbanana in Ladue. Their NA offerings range from a variety of cold-pressed juices, to energy and immunity shots and a long list of delicious smoothies. While you’re there, try the Chia Pudding or one of their healthy toasts for lunch!

Café la Vie

Inside the Le Meridien St. Louis Clayton hotel, Café la Vie is serving up four non-alcoholic cocktails this Dry January. With European-inspired cuisine, drinks like Citrus Epice and Strawberry Fields add a touch of elegance to the zero-proof scene.

The Vandy

The Vandy, a small bar concept in The Grove by the STL Barkeep team offers an entire NA mocktail menu. We love the fake margarita!

SCHLAFLY BEER

Just in time for Dry January, Schlafly Beer has launched an NA Pale Ale for our sober-curious friends. Enjoy the beer at the Tap Room or The Bottleworks. Distribution info to come!

As St. Louis continues to evolve and embrace new trends, these zero-proof offerings are a testament to the city's dynamic and inclusive food and drink culture. Whether you're a local or just passing through, these venues promise a delightful and alcohol-free experience that's as rich in flavor as it is in creativity. Cheers to a Dry January that's anything but dry!
